Karol Muszyński is a post-doctoral researcher at Centre for Sociological Research at KU Leuven in the ERC-funded project ResPecTMe. He holds PhD in law from Warsaw University where he was previously an assistant professor. In the past, he completed a project on post-crisis labour law policy in Poland, and worked on issues related to access to justice. He is primarily interested in legal boundaries of non-standard employment, as well as violations and circumventions of labour law.
