Martin Kahanec co-leads the project as a member of the Supervisory Board. EDUWORKS is an FP7 Marie Curie Initial Training Network project with a mission to train talented early-stage researchers in the socio-economic and psychological dynamics of the labor supply and demand matching processes at aggregated and disaggregated levels. CELSI has also committed to EDUWORKS as associate partner.Coordinated by the University of Amsterdam, the EDUWORKS consortium aims to train the next generation of social and information scientists. Successful applicants will work in an international and interdisciplinary (Human Resource Management-Organizational Behavior, Learning Analytics, Labour Economics, Lifelong Learning, Sociology of Occupations, and Knowledge Management) research environment aimed at generating expertise on the topic of micro-, meso-, and macro-level matching processes between individual skills, educational outcomes and job requirements.
