Dr. Mariola Pytlikova is an assistant professor at Aarhus University. She received her PhD from the same institution in 2006. In the past she has hold visiting stays at Princeton University and at University of Illinois at Chicago. Mariola’s research interests are in the field of labour economics and industrial relations, in particular topics dealing with causes and consequences of international migration and labor diversity, wage structures and labour market dynamics, gender wage gap, and income inequality. She has published in outlets such as the European Economic Review, the Economics of Transition and Labour.
