Aurora Trif is a lecturer in HRM at Dublin City University Business School. Prior to this she was a Postdoctoral Newman Scholar and lecturer at University College Dublin. She also taught HRM and industrial relations at London South Bank University and Westminster University and was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies in Cologne. Aurora is especially interested in employment relations in Eastern Europe, workplace partnership and high performance work systems, and labour migration of highly skilled workers. She has been involved in several international research projects funded by the European Commission. Her research has been published in top academic journals, book chapters and for conferences.
