Call for Applications: CELSI Visiting Scholar Program

Central European Labour Studies Institute (CELSI) based in Bratislava, Slovakia, invites applications to its Visiting Scholar Program for post-doctoral researchers as well as PhD students intending to work on labor market or broader labor issues. CELSI specifically invites applicants focusing on Central and Eastern European countries, interested in applied, policy oriented research. CELSI offers a stimulating research environment with international but also local expertise and a well-equipped and connected office space, as well as the opportunity to use a worldwide database of salaries and working conditions it collects within the Wageindicator project. Wageindicator database gathers information about salaries and working conditions of workers in 70 countries of the world.Research stays are not funded and are expected to last from one to six months (one to three months for PhD students). Applications containing a brief motivation letter, research plan and up-to-date CV are welcome at any time. Please send them to Martin Kahanec .
