What does a good employee cost a Slovak company, and what keeps them there when pay isn’t enough?
These questions are the focus of the second session at the conference “Biznis trendy 2026: Budúcnosť firiem v čase AI premeny” (Business Trends 2026: The Future of Companies in the Age of AI Transformation).
The business weekly TREND is holding it on Thursday, 12 November, at the Radisson Blu Carlton in Bratislava.
CELSI researcher and Deputy Director Monika Martišková will discuss them with attorney and labour law specialist Miloš Kvasňovský (Kvasňovsky & Partners) in the session “A good employee at any cost: how much can a company afford to pay, and when is it a mistake”.
The full-day programme has five sessions. The others cover margins under pressure, AI in practice, expansion abroad and what separates good projects from the rest.
