CELSI becomes part of a new Eurofound project on assessing emerging patterns in collective bargaining processes and outcomes due to structural labour market changes

Published on Jan. 25, 2022

Eurofound has commissioned CELSI to conduct case studies in Czechia and Slovakia that examine developments and emerging topics and priorities for the negotiating parties in both collective bargaining processes and outputs. The case studies will analyse new developments incorporated by the negotiating parties into the collective bargaining agenda resulting from the Covid-19 crisis combined with attendant drivers as technological change, decarbonatization and climate neutral policies or workforce ageing, among other factors.

The study relies on interviews with managers/employers and/or their representatives as well as trade unions and workers’ representatives either negotiating or being signatory parties in selected collective agreements.
