Barmetal mid-term conference in Pisa

The aims of the Pisa conference was to share findings and results, to focus on empirical evidence drawing from interviews and empirical case studies as well as to prepare the main takeaways for the mutual learning events and the final conference.
Conference also helped to plan potential groups of collaboration to foster academic publication and to plan and identify potential Journals to submit a special issue proposal.

Agenda of the mid-term conference:
09:45-10:00 – Welcome and introduction
10:00-12:00 – Session I: Round table on comparative evidence across countries (10 minutes per each partner)
12:15-13:15 – Session II: Round table on research findings and highlights (5 minutes per each partner)
13:15-14:00 – General discussion
- Part I: take away for comparative evidence, potential groups of collaboration for publication, possible preparation of a SI
- Part II: general preparation for mutual learning events and final conference
15:00-18:00 – Free networking and collaboration strategies
