Pavol Bors has been working as a researcher at CELSI since 2020. He has been involved in several projects related to employment relations and social dialogue in the social/care sector. Currently, his research specialization is in the area of green and just transitions in CEE countries and their impact on working conditions and the labour market. Pavol graduated from the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences at Comenius University in Bratislava with a specialization in Politics – European Studies and International Relations. Since 2023, he is a PhD student at the same faculty, studying Public Policy.
