The workshop will feature presentations and interactive discussions with stakeholders, experts, policymakers, and researchers on current knowledge, programs, and needs for supporting workers' mental health in the workplace.

The event will be held in 🇬🇧 English.

A session on the current state of mental health support in the workplace will include presentations by:

• Erik Olsson – Uppsala University, Sweden
• Gosia Kozusznik – Ghent University, Belgium
• Elena Lisá – FSEV, Comenius University, Slovakia

Following the presentation of findings from CELSI's international research project IncreMe(n)Tal on mental health in the manufacturing industry by CELSI researcher Barbora Holubová, a stakeholder panel will follow.

Chaired by CELSI Managing Director Marta Kahancová, the panel will discuss the perspectives of various stakeholders on their needs and roles in supporting mental health:

• Pavol Altuchov - Swiss Re (employer)
• Veronika Vladová - Hedepy (counselling and therapies for better metal health)
• Gabriela Pleschová - Comenius University &
