Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
Kristína Gotthardová will present the results of the project on Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
Nov. 25, 2024
Sexual harassment in the workplace remains a largely underexplored phenomenon, and there is often uncertainty about how it can be effectively addressed.
We are pleased to invite you to a conference that will present research findings from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and other European countries, and provide a platform for discussing appropriate measures for tackling and preventing workplace harassment.
The workshop on sexual harassment in the workplace, organized by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Czech Republic, will take place on November 27 in Prague.
Sociologist Renata Kyzlinková will present the findings from the Czech research, while CELSI researcher Kristína Gotthardová will share the results from Slovakia.
Both will also participate in a panel discussion on research findings and their implications, joined by Martina Postupová (Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic), Martin Šafář (State Labour Inspection Office), Michaela Šinaľ (Office of the Public Defender of Rights), and Michaela Švejdová (Mobbing Free Institute).
The discussion will be moderated by Šárka Homfray from the Committee for Equal Opportunities for Women and Men at ČMKOS.
