EcoMobility Transition: Strengthening a Just Transition in the Automotive Industry

CELSI at the EUKI Networking Event on Finance Management in Warsaw

March 24, 2026

CELSI Financial Coordinator Zuzana Ivančíková attended the EUKI Networking Event on Finance Management in Warsaw on 17–18 March 2026

The event, organised by EUKI – European Climate Initiative, brought together finance managers from EUKI-supported projects to exchange practical experience and strengthen financial management capacities across climate initiatives.

Over two days, participants engaged in hands-on discussions on key aspects of project finance management, including external audits, procurement rules, salary calculations and efficient budget design, combining practical sessions with peer-to-peer exchange.

Workshops and interactive formats addressed real-life challenges, from “survival tips” for audits and common procurement pitfalls to designing budgets in line with EUKI requirements, alongside practical tools for monitoring multiple partners, payments and costs, demonstrating how structured approaches support effective project implementation.

The event also provided an open platform for direct consultations with the EUKI finance team, allowing participants to clarify specific questions and deepen their understanding of funding rules.

This participation is closely linked to CELSI’s involvement in EUKI-supported project EcoMobility Transition.

EcoMobility Transition is a joint initiative from the European Trade Union Institute - ETUI, the Central European Labour Studies Institute (CELSI), NELA. Next Economy Lab, and Instytut Spraw Publicznych, part of EUKI - European Climate Initiative of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMUKN).
