Kristína Gotthardová has been working at CELSI since March 2024, where she first completed a professional internship and is now a junior researcher. At CELSI, she primarily deals with the topic of gender-based violence and gender equality, specifically the issue of sexual harassment in the workplace. She also supports research in the field of social dialogue and collective bargaining, labour policies, and equal pay. Kristína earned a master's degree in Public Policy at the Central European University in Vienna and previously worked at the Chamber of Commerce as a Policy Officer for the field of digitization.
