Katarína completed her PhD at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, in October 2015. Afterwards, she worked as a Senior Research Associate at the University of East Anglia, UK. Her research interests include Experimental/Behavioural Economics, Public Economics, and Organisational Behaviour. In particular, her areas of interest cover decision making, coordination, social preferences, social norms, incentives and motivation.
