On April 29, our colleague Nina Holičková took part in a university lecture focused on examining and defining poverty and inequality in society.
She presented research findings in collaboration between the Institute for Digital and Regional Policies and the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatics of the Slovak Republic (MIRRI) to Master’s students.
The presentation introduced a comprehensive approach to assessing regional development in Slovakia through the Regional Development Index (RDI).
Following the presentation, a discussion with the students took place.
The event was held as part of the course Sociological Aspects of Public Policy at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences, Comenius University in Bratislava, led by Marta Kahancova and Pavol Bors.
