CELSI Scientific Director Martin Kahanec spoke about Horizon Europe project preparation

On Thursday, March 20, the Scientific Director of the Central European Labour Studies Institute (CELSI), Martin Kahanec, spoke at one of a series of regular online events about the Horizon Europe programme titled “Coffee with National Contact Points – NCPs,” this time focused on consortium building.

Kahanec shared his experience from CELSI, as well as from other organizations, in forming consortia with the participants of this online meeting, which was organised by the National Horizon Office.

He was joined by Patrik Krebs from Theatre Without a Home, who also spoke about consortium preparation. The event was coordinated by representatives of two National Contact Points – Miroslava Tužinská and Elena Žáková.

The discussion focused on experiences with building consortia, defining objectives, selecting consortium members, and distributing roles and responsibilities.
