How do social, organisational, digital, and green transformations reshape the meanings of work across different social groups and institutional contexts?

These questions will be at the centre of the international conference “Social Boundaries of Work: The Meanings of Work in Organizational Contexts”, taking place at the University of Lodz, 21–23 October 2026.

🎤 CELSI researcher Tibor Meszmann will be among the keynote speakers, contributing perspectives on labour, social dialogue, and transformations of work in Europe.
