CELSI Senior Researcher Monika Martišková has been invited to join the Advisory Board of the European Fair Transition Observatory (EFTO), an initiative coordinated on behalf of the European Commission by DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion (DG EMPL).

Her nomination represents both individual expert recognition and institutional membership of CELSI in this high-level advisory body.

The EFTO Advisory Board brings together a limited group of representatives from social partners, international organisations, civil society, socio-economic research institutes, and leading academics and think tanks active in the field of fair transition.

CELSI is among a small number of research and academic institutions invited to contribute to the Observatory’s work.

The Advisory Board supports the EFTO by providing expert input to fair transition policies, strengthening the link between research and EU-level policymaking, and enhancing the visibility and policy relevance of the Observatory’s outputs.

“Being part of the EFTO Advisory Board is both a recognition of CELSI’s work in the area of fair transition and an important opportunity to contribute research-based expertise to EU policy debates,” says Monika Martišková.

This invitation confirms CELSI’s growing role in European policy-oriented research and its engagement with key EU initiatives addressing the social and labour market dimensions of the green transition.
