CELSI researcher Monika Martišková joined the first episode of the podcast series "Změny (v) klimatu" (Changes in Climate), produced by the Institute for European Policy EUROPEUM.

Decarbonisation, digitalisation, automation, and the rise of artificial intelligence are fundamentally reshaping labour markets, and with them, the skills, certainties, and jobs that were taken for granted just a few years ago.

CELSI researcher Monika Martišková joined the first episode of the podcast series "Změny (v) klimatu" (Changes in Climate), produced by the Institute for European Policy EUROPEUM.

In the episode, entitled "Will AI Replace Us?", Monika discussed the ongoing transformation of the labour market — from the shift towards higher-skilled occupations and the implications of decarbonisation for employment, to the role of social dialogue in shaping how digital technologies are introduced in the workplace, and what reskilling in practice actually looks like.

She was joined by Martin Navrátil, Director of the Moravian-Silesian Employment Pact, and the episode was hosted by Zuzana Augustová and Rebeka Hengalová from EUROPEUM.
