Dragan Aleksic is an assistant professor at the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Economics, specializing in employment policy, labour market policy, minimum wage and vulnerable groups in the labour market, and labour migration. His role in BARMETAL project is collecting, analysing and discussing quantitative data from relevant national data sources in Serbia.

Mihail Arandarenko
Full professor at the University of Belgrade

Mihail Arandarenko is a full professor at the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Economics, with an outstanding expertise in labour market economics, labour market policy, social policy, industrial relations and labour migration. He has been involved in the BARMETAL project as the chief researcher responsible for the coordination of reasearch and reporting activities to be conducted in Serbia.

Galjina Ognjanov
Full professor at the University of Belgrade

Galjina Ognjanov is a full professor at the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Economics, with solid expertise in developing and conducting field research applying diverse social sciences research methods and research interest in collective bargaining. She is responsible for primary data collection and case study analyses to be conducted in Serbia.
