INTEGRATE-DIALOGUE: Integrating Diversity in Social Dialogue
Successful kick-off meeting of the new Horizon Europe project INTEGRATE-DIALOGUE: Integrating Diversity in Social Dialogue

May 5, 2025
On April 30, the international consortium of the INTEGRATE-DIALOGUE project met online for a successful kick-off meeting to launch this new Horizon Europe research initiative.
The project addresses a key challenge in today’s labour market: how to ensure that non-standard workers (NSWs) are effectively represented in social dialogue across the EU, the UK, and Norway.
With growing divides between “insiders” and “outsiders” in the workforce, this four-year project seeks to strengthen inclusivity in collective bargaining and social partnership structures—particularly in the context of ongoing green and digital transitions.
Led by the Fafo Institute for Labour and Social Research (Norway), the project unites partners from universities and research institutions across 8 countries.
CELSI leads the work package “Lessons for Policy and Practice – Signs of Innovative Strategies?”, with contributions from Managing Director Marta Kahancová and researcher Adam Šumichrast.
