A new video tutorial is now available to help workers' representatives and social partners make full use of The IncreMe(n)tal Interactive Guide: Negotiating the Future of Work - one of the key outputs of the EU-funded IncreMe(n)tal project.
Developed by the Dublin City University (IE) project team, the step-by-step tutorial walks users through the guide's main features and functionalities, offering practical guidance on how to navigate its content and apply its tools to support awareness, dialogue, and action on mental health protection and promotion in the workplace.
The Interactive Guide is designed for workers' representatives, social partners, and stakeholders seeking to strengthen their knowledge and skills in addressing psychosocial risks and mental health challenges in evolving work environments, with a particular focus on the role of social dialogue and collective bargaining.
The IncreMe(n)tal project (Increasing Metalworkers' Representatives' Awareness and Skills on Mental Health Protection & Promotion in the Workplace) is co-funded by the European Commission and runs from 2024 to 2026.
The project consortium brings together research institutions, trade unions, and universities from seven countries: Italy, Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Belgium, and Turkey. CELSI is a partner in the consortium, contributing research expertise and delivering national training activities in Slovakia.
