Partners from Spain, Denmark, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, and Slovakia, along with Barbora Holubová from CELSI, came together to share their preliminary results on how social actors are addressing working conditions and collective bargaining in the care sector.

A key highlight was the shortage of workforce in the care sector.

A major challenge remains gender imbalance, which reduces the attractiveness of jobs in this sector. Simply raising wages won't be enough. More support is needed to engage more young people!
